I went to a formal wedding on New Year's eve. I was waiting in line for a drink at the reception with my camera down at my side, when this mime came over, stuck his face in front of the lens and i snapped a pic, while the cam was still near my knee. He was so impressed at my "sieze the moment" attitude (and he liked the pic), he wanted to do head shots as well as other conceptual ideas with me.
Many ideas flew to mind, but i really wanted to capture a Beckettian sense of emptiness and lonliness....as i become more into the art thing, i seem to slip into this void often and without avail...and it is I that cannot use words to speak of this solitude. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
