I made this for a promotional flyer for a friend that is a GREAT progressive house DJ (Greg Marcel - in case has a chance to hear him in the near future).
This is my favorite type of music. It makes me feel the vibe of the city (and a city girl I am to the very core). It is down and dirty, yet so magestic.
Music may be one of the most powerful forces in nature....it breaks down boundaries of race, creed and language. It is my solace, my energizer and my passion.
Amazing shot...this is one of the best silouettes I've seen on DA - maybe I'm biased though because I love music. The title fits this perfectly...but even better - this image stands on it's own without any description at all. It's just stunning.
It's like...3 photographs in one. A sunset picture...a cityscape skyline...and an expressive one with the guy looking out over the city lost in his music.
I'd put this up on a wall in a heartbeat, and photography isn't even my thing. Very very professional - one of your best easily.
the composition of the image is Fantastic,....in all your work it seems like the 'culture' is perpetually resurected thru your own eyes,...an artist of living you are !....trained sensually to the perception of the world !!!.....magical
This first thing I thought was the movie "City of Angeles" with Nicolas Cages and Meg Ryan.
This is a great shot of Dusk. Profoundly moving...it's almost spiritual.
Awesome!
