Waiting for the rain to stop

Last weekend it poured in NYC. I ducked out of the rain into the foyer of the public library to find this archway and another wet soul also waiting for the rain to cease.

This seems like a metaphor for my entire life...as a photograher I am always waiting for the sun...for that perfect light. As a human being, I am trying to weather the storm with the hope of better days to come.
